A few rules for your stay
Downstairs
The house has a modern kitchen with access to the wetroom. The kitchen leads into the dining room/games room with a piano and from there down into the cosy vaulted sitting room with TV and comfy sofas. From here into a light bright conservatory opening onto the patio and back into the dining room.
Upstairs
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms which can all be singles or doubles. Please state your preference when booking. There is another bathroom upstairs with bath and shower.
Outside
You will have access to the 5 acre garden with space for picnics, playing games, relaxing and exploring. You will have your own exclusive patio with swing seat, table/chairs and a BBQ. The front garden with large willow tree is ideal for keeping cool in the summer. There is a large natural swimming pool and a sauna (ex railway carriage) which can be booked separately. There is plenty of parking, 3 cars by the house and more space further down the drive. 3 miles to the village store and 7 miles to the nearest supermarket and all supermarkets deliver. Nearest pubs and take away are 3 miles. We do hold separate events in the garden and at the pool, and are often undertaking the many maintenance jobs, if you want somewhere quiet/private let us know and we can find you a secluded spot.
